2024 MLB Home Run Derby results: Teoscar Hernández beats Bobby Witt Jr. plus team firsts, low scores

This year's field was not only star-studded but also featured an intriguing mix of young superstars and veteran sluggers

The 2024 T-Mobile Home Run Derby was held at Globe Life Field on Monday, July 10th, 2024, and was won by Teoscar Hernandez of the Toronto Blue Jays. Hernandez defeated Bobby Witt Jr. of the Kansas City Royals in the final round, 27-26.

The field this year was one of the most talented in recent memory, featuring some of the biggest names in baseball. In addition to Hernandez and Witt Jr., the field included Ronald Acuña Jr. of the Atlanta Braves, Juan Soto of the Washington Nationals, Corey Seager of the Texas Rangers, Kyle Schwarber of the Philadelphia Phillies, and Julio Rodriguez of the Seattle Mariners.
